Medical and Insurance
Offering a variety of health-related benefits for our employees and their families, Prime Solutions pays for the majority or all of the cost of these programs.

Cafeteria Plan - A Section 125-Premium Only Plan is offered to all employees, allowing payment of the health and dental insurance premium with pre-tax dollars.
401(k) and Profit Sharing
Prime Solutions offers a generous 401(k) matching program. In addition, a lucrative end-of-year profit sharing program that also contributes into employee 401(k) account.
Training and Professional Seminars
Prime Solutions promotes professional growth through an annual training program, providing both tuition reimbursement and 40 paid training hours.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
Employees earn six weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO ) per year at a rate of 20 hours per month. Prime Solutions groups its vacation, holiday, and sick leave under the heading of PTO.
Maternity and Paternity Leave
Prime Solutions provides eligible employees with five days (40 hours) per year on a pro-rated basis, which maybe be taken at any time with proper advance notice.
Prime Solutions offers its direct bill employees the opportunity to earn compensation time (program dependent).
Prime Solutions provides up to three days of administrative time off for bereavement or jury duty.
Virtual Office Compensation
Prime Solutions reimburses employee purchases that support our “virtual office” environment, providing a $500 annual home office allowance, a $40 monthly cell phone allowance, and a $40 monthly internet access allowance.
Prime Solutions rewards their employees for exceeding the following direct bill thresholds:
- 1840 hrs: 10 hour bonus (hourly rate x 10 hours = bonus)
- 1880 hrs: 22 hour bonus (hourly rate x 22 hours = bonus)
- 1920 hrs: 40 hour bonus (hourly rate x 40 hours = bonus)
- 2000 hrs: 65 hour bonus (hourly rate x 65 hours = bonus)
- 2080 hrs: 90 hour bonus (hourly rate x 90 hours = bonus)
Employees receiving certification in their functional areas while an employee of the company will receive a taxable bonus of: $200 for first certification, increased in $50 increments for every additional certification, up to five certifications.
Employee Referral Bonus
Prime Solutions values all referrals and rewards employees with a generous bonus for successful hires.
Corporate Branding Allowance
Prime Solutions provides employees a $100 annual allowance to purchase company branded apparel and business items.
