Prime Solutions strives to provide a varied and complete benefit package. This represents a brief summary of the benefits we offer to all eligible employees. Benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Prime Solutions’ offers three health care plans under CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Eligible employees are able to participate in the health plan on their date of hire, with the benefit commencing on their date of hire.
Prime Solutions pays 80% of the premium. Vision care benefits are available through all three medical plans offered.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Prime Solutions’ dental insurance provider is Ameritas Group. Eligible employees are able to participate in the health plan on their date of hire, with the benefit commencing on their date of hire.
Prime Solutions pays 80% of the premium.
CAFETERIA PLAN
A Section 125-Premium Only Plan is offered to all employees, allowing payment of the health and dental insurance premium with pre-tax dollars.
BASIC LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Life Insurance is 100% funded by Prime Solutions.
The plan offers a 1x salary benefit up to $200K.
LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Short Term and Long Term Disability are 100% funded by Prime Solutions.
Short Term Disability offers a benefit that covers 60% of the employee’s weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,200 per week.
Long Term Disability offers a benefit that covers 60% of the employee’s monthly earnings up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
401(k) and Profit Sharing
Prime Solutions matches dollar for dollar per pay period, a maximum of 6% of the employee’s investment into the 401(k) plan. This benefit is provided to eligible employees on the first of the month following the employee’s start date. Prime Solutions also contributes annually to a profit sharing plan, on a 3-year graded vesting schedule.
TRAINING and PROFESSIONAL SEMINARS
Prime Solutions promotes professional growth through an annual training program, providing $4,000 toward education expenses and 40 hours of paid time for taking training during the week.
PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)
Prime Solutions groups its vacation, holiday, and sick leave under the heading of Personal Time Off (PTO). Employees earn 6 weeks of PTO a year at a rate of 20 hours per month.
COMPENSATION TIME
Prime Solutions offers its employees the opportunity to earn up to 40 hours of compensation time that can then be applied toward their PTO balance. (contract dependent)
ADMINISTRATIVE TIME
Prime Solutions provides up to three days of administrative time off for bereavement, jury duty, or other unforeseen personal circumstances that may arise.
VIRTUAL OFFICE COMPENSATION
Prime Solutions reimburses employee purchases that support our “virtual office” environment, providing a $500 annual home office allowance, a $40 monthly cell phone allowance, and a $40 monthly internet access allowance.
HOURLY BONUS
Prime Solutions pays an annual taxable bonus when meeting the following defined thresholds:
1840 hrs: 10 hour bonus (hourly rate x 10 hours = bonus)
1880 hrs: 22 hour bonus (hourly rate x 22 hours = bonus)
1920 hrs: 40 hour bonus (hourly rate x 40 hours = bonus)
BONUS FOR CERTIFICATIONS
Employees receiving certifications in their functional areas while an employee of the company will receive a taxable bonus as follows: $200 for first certification, increased in $50 increments for every additional certification, up to five certifications.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Prime Solutions values employee referrals and rewards employees with a taxable bonus for successful hires. $8,000 for New Hire with TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope polygraph, paid in $2,000 quarterly payments on the new employee’s 3-month, 6,-month, 9-month, and 12-month anniversary.
$3,000 for New Hires with any other stated clearance or no clearance, paid $1,500 on the new employee’s 3-month and 12-month anniversary.)
LANDS’ END CORPORATE APPAREL
Prime Solutions provides employees a $100 annual allowance to purchase company branded apparel and business items from Land's End Business Outfitters.
